After focusing on the acquisition and conversion of existing assets into self-storage facilities, this fund was repositioned to focus on high-quality, income-generating logistics assets, following the successful sale of its original portfolio. Its strategy centres on the metropolitan areas of Lisbon and Porto, aiming to generate steady cash flow through medium- to long-term leases and create opportunities for capital appreciation.

Acquired by the current participants in November 2017. The fund owns most of the land that makes up the Foz do Tejo project (formerly Alto da Boa Viagem), located in Caxias, in the municipality of Oeiras.
