The KickOff to start the year took place on 13 February at MACAM. Surrounded by a creative and thought-provoking environment, we took an intentional pause to look at what we built in 2025 — what worked, what we learned and what we want to repeat with greater ambition.

stART was the theme: to start (start) with intention and with art (art). A starting point that connects vision and execution, strategy and culture. Throughout the meeting, we reinforced what sets us apart: rigour, closeness and the ability to turn complexity into clear decisions.

For 2026, we left with a simple but demanding alignment: focus on priorities, consistency in delivery and even more cross-functional collaboration. Because growing is not always about doing more — but it is certainly about doing better.

This year, the tournament took place at the historic Oporto Golf Club in Espinho — the oldest golf course in the Iberian Peninsula. Between the tranquillity of the Atlantic coast and a course as demanding as it was elegant, the day brought what mattered most: competition played in the spirit of fair play, the right conversations, and an atmosphere that builds trust.
