Established in 2023, Nenuphar Talent is a Collective Investment Undertaking (SIC) whose main investment is the Bloomia project, located at Belas Clube de Campo, on the outskirts of Lisbon.

The development adopts a contemporary residential positioning, with a “luxury rural” atmosphere, and includes 123 residential units ranging from T1 to T4. The project totals a Gross Construction Area of 16,260 m².
