Foz do Tejo was established in 2007 and acquired by the current investors in November 2017.
The Foz do Tejo development will be a residential project (houses, multi-family buildings and apartment towers), a hotel and a retail and services unit, with an area of around 32 hectares.
Foz do Tejo is about 12 km from Praça do Marquês de Pombal, and is strategically located between Lisbon and Oeiras, with excellent access to Lisbon, Oeiras, Estoril, Cascais and Sintra. As part of the licensing process, some significant improvements to access will be developed, allowing easy and quick access via the motorway (A5 and CREL) and the coastal road.
The sloping topography of this property allows all the buildings to enjoy magnificent views over the river, the ocean and Jamor. Foz do Tejo is clearly the best site in a seafront location between Lisbon and Cascais and will undoubtedly be the most prestigious development in the municipality of Oeiras. The project will in future be identified by the high-end brands of Alto do Rio and Alto do Farol.
