Established in 2013, the fund's main asset is Exponor, a leading exhibition and conference centre in Matosinhos, in the Porto metropolitan area.

The complex totals around 180,000 m² of area, including approximately 60,000 m² of covered facilities, spread across six exhibition pavilions, eight multi-purpose rooms, an auditorium equipped with capacity for 949 people and several support buildings.

In addition, the fund includes two plots of land for urban development (around 6,120 m²), with approved prior information requests.

With modern infrastructure and versatile spaces, Exponor is ready to host exhibitions, fairs and conferences of different sizes, fostering connections between companies, professionals, institutions and the general public.
